Coblaco Services Hosts Another Successful NACE Lab Day!
Coblaco hosted another successful NACE CIP Level 1 Lab Day on April 13th, instructed by Steve Davis and Luke Clark. Twenty-four students were shuttled to Coblaco’s Production Facility in Henderson, CO and divided into four groups in the Training Center, where the lab materials were set up. Each participant was given a 12x12 inch steel panel to practice the surface preparation and coating processes discussed in the class. The main point of the week is to learn to use inspection equipment properly and to understand the steps required for proficient inspection.
Coblaco continues to honor its strategic pillar of Employee Development and Operational Excellence by allowing past certified NACE CIP students to aid with the lab day and hosting, so new students may use the skills learned during the CIP Level 1 in the future. This is also a forum to introduce people from different backgrounds to our company and our capabilities.
